Half the crowd were Ipswich fans ... so were over the moon to see Laguta and his performance.

Putting Harris at 2 certainly didn't do Laguta any favours tonight. Maybe it was Laguta wearing his Kings Lynn suit that was the issue? With the Witches top 2 struggling it was left to Rew and Riss to come to the party. Job done and onto the final at some point.....

I'd say this if Ipswich changed riders... What a crock of $hite. Riders have ridden all year and worked hard to earn their place in the play offs. Then come the play offs they not good enough as some riders can now actually be bothered to ride over here.... Woffy , Lambert, Laguta, etc Hope those riders dropped (Ellis, Howarth and Kerr) and not just those at Sheffield remember that when the clubs want them at the start of a new season, that's if there is much of a new season... What's the point of a 24 match league season? Just have 4 teams in the play offs with whoever wants to ride. 6 matches.... done Bv could add Zager and Zmarzlik (drop Brennan and Wright) Wolves Madsen and Lindgren ( drop Worrall and Schlein) Oh look its the Brits that have suffered.. and people wonder why we fail at the world stage

King's average is actually ..... false. Take away the times he's beaten his teammate over 3 heats (eg the no 4) and then reserve in heat 12. This would be same all year.... The only 2 riders of Wolves he beat last night was Worrall and Becker. 2 all night.!! Beat Rew Twice for 3 points and then followed home Hume for 1+1in heat 12.
