Can someone explain why Tate was excluded from the first race? Danny crashed first and was clearly the reason for stoppage and Tate came off also but probably would've got up and off the track. Seemed odd

Did he look good when he was riding? I know he lacked some serious confidence last year and never looked like passing anyone and didn't look comfortable on the bends.

Anyone got any info on the junior game after comets vs redcar? Seen Harry was riding and would like to see he done. I know he won the first.

Coming from a cumbrian, why are you so hostile? I'm all for defending the team and all but you just seem a bit of a bellend at times. Everytime I'm in here or a different thread associated with Comets it's you arguing with someone about rubbish from several months ago.

I have to disagree here mate. Redcar last week she was great. Every other race she's seen below average. Today she had one good race and the rest were awful. I'd like to think she'll come good but I'm not too sure.

Very very impressed with a few riders today. Cookie, Vuolas, batch, and Tate were phenomenal. I really had my doubts about cook after the rumours and his first couple of rides this season were iffy. He's turned it around and looks unbeatable. Looks like a guy enjoying himself. As for our two youngsters, Vuolas and Tate are special. Ride with no fear. Vuolas seems the mature of them both whereas Tate just looks like he's going out and having a little bit of fun. Vissing had an off day and I hope that's all it was because we need him to be scoring. Celina and Sam were poor again. Sam managed to hit his average and Celina was well off the pace.

I think you lot are getting in a disagreement when both are right. Yes, comets knew what they were doing when signing a female rider. They knew it would bring good publicity and they've acted on that too. The celina merch at the practice session was the only merch advertised over the speakers. Why? Because they know it'll bring in strong custom. However, they wouldn't have signed her if they didn't think she was good enough. She's obviously shown good signs and that coupled with being female helped seal the deal for comets. Whether it will turn out to be good or not is still to be seen. She's came in as a 4 pt average but so far she's clearly been the worse rider of the team. Young Sam has shown much more both home and away in the first two games.

At a guess, I would say no. I've heard or seen nothing to suggest they are going to start doing this but i would love to be proven wrong. Thankfully, I don't plan to miss many home games this season with it being on my doorstep
