    2023 Playoffs

But the litigant in any case would be a member of the BSPL and would have access to such documents.

    2023 Playoffs

In this context pretty obviously yes (along with BSPL AGM minutes)
  3. It's not so much a case of being allowed, more like encouraged by the BSPL while they throw the NDLRC under the bus.
  4. On CLRC 15.8.1 makes it clear that it is top riders by MA . No discretion. For the NDLRC the rules couldn't be more explicit, and I quote verbatim: 15.9 NDL RIDERS CHAMPIONSHIP 015.9.1 Qualifying Criteria To be confirmed I had a bit of a go at BSSPL about this in my programme notes for Oxford v Redcar - in hindsight I think I should have been ruder.

    2023 Playoffs

For Hansard substitute BSPL media releases, principally those issued following the AGM.

    2023 Playoffs

Not ambiguous? What's long term? 3 days, 3 weeks, 3 months, 3 years? And what is proof? What if you get two conflicting doctors opinions? After all we know that all the existence of a sick note proves, is that someone was able to find a tame doctor to issue one?

If you are a lawyer then presumably you are familiar with Hart v Pepper.
  8. Because the whole point of being a witness is to put a positive spin on the state of British Speedway, so not unreasonably, even if there is only a 30% chance of a new track he's going to talk it up.
  9. No Perry was above Boughen on the qualification date. Despite being announced in early Sept the field was done on 1 August greensheets. Madness I know. It also meant Sam McGurk was annound in original line-up despite having been overtaken by Luke Harrison in the Worky averages
  10. Of course, I forgot it had been moved. [I should have remembered that as my preview of the NDLRC now appears in a Cheetahs prog - today's - instead of a Chargers one]
  11. But wouldn't that ban be the play-off final?
  12. No NDL always gets shat on. Think you are probably right about Prem teams riding on Championship race nights though.
  13. Don't think it being a 're-staging' makes any difference.
  14. That is the rule as I understand it. CL always takes priority except for the NDLRC.
  15. Except the rule is that NDLRC takes priority. I reckon we are about to get an announcement that due to a poor forecast the NDLRC has been postponed
  16. When Henry anc Jordan will be at Workington
  17. From Bowen Pies to Celina Liebmann - now that's wide ranging. Best bit was the skewering of Clark Osbourne. It never hurts to make your opponents out to to be duplicitous two-faced liars.
  18. The irony is that thanks to last night's kerfuffle we are all far more aware of Infinite Reality than we otherwise would be.
  19. Spot on. It may seem absurd that 7.81 is an assessed average, but as a matter of fact it is. And is clearly shown as such on the Greensheets.
  20. I thought it was cleanest underpants
  21. They limit online parking sales. You should be OK to pay on the gate for parking.
  22. Based on other FIM published results 00000 appears to be 'better' than 0. So I would expect Dudek to be above Basso.
  23. Don't think AI's got that sophisticted yet.
  24. Impossible He doesn't get an average until 3 home and 3 away. He's only rider 3 matches for Oxford [1H/2A]. And as Edinburgh only had home matches left after 29 August he could have signed effective 31 August without any risk of getting an average. Edit: But it could have been a reason to stop him signing before the Plymouth fixture
