Do people really want meaningless individual meetings ? To me it’s the same as an early season team warm up meeting.
In the 70s every track had one two or even three Individual meetings which attracted some of the best riders in the World. Times have moved on

Would Folder want to ride at a track full of holes every week ?

Many have described Poole as the Man Utd of Speedway. Now I get what they mean.

This semi final defeat must be very humbling for Poole Management and Fans ( not sure riders give a stuff, well for sure some don’t.
This has got to be the biggest choking in the history of the top League play-offs. Poole always attract the headlines.

Wishing Holder a speedy recovery.

If Poole pull this off, it will be a real hollow victory. Meaningless

Let’s hope Middlo’s desperate attempt falls on its ass. Take it on the chin man

Little wonder Middlo looks so worried.

Massive choke in the 2nd half of the meeting, by Ipswich. Then again for balance Poole choked it in the first half, otherwise how do you explain that massive advantage Ipswich enjoyed ?
Do you think the occasion got to Poole Forever ?

Sounds like a good politician to me

In the first half or the 2nd half of the meeting do you mean ? And in turn did Poole choke I n the first half ?

10 point lead for Poole to take to Foxhole should be plenty. However it’s all Poole’s to chuck away. With the Pirates habit of choking I can see this going to heat 30.

Clean sheet of paper next season.

Baggy, question for you ( or any other Lynn fan).
Do you think not having Dale at the helm has had an effect on the team this season ? Or do Team Managers not really bring that much to the party.

I’ve heard all the views from here there and everywhere. Where is the Shovelar ? What’s his opinion on the way it’s gonna go tonight ? (am now preparing to hear the biggest fence sit ever written)

Often heard Football Managers talk about Bumps in the Road as a negative thing during a season. When it’s talked about at Poole it’s deemed a positive

No worries I won’t bother with Swindon threads in future. Didn’t realise there were set rules on items open to discussion on a thread.
Be lucky

If they rode this meeting in my back garden I’d pull the curtains.
