  1. Maybe releasing Procter would be doing the lad a favour.  He can’t enjoy being stuffed by development riders at Championship level let alone going up against No1’s at Premiership level.

I know it’s been his career but he can’t even be earning a living with the points he’s scoring.   Sometimes better for all to look at the bigger picture.

  2. I would think it costs far more to run Speedway at Alwarton than Saddlebow.  All income ( including stadium naming rights) at Saddlebow goes to Buster.   Income at Alwarton must be much more limited.  So would need much bigger gates at P’Boro.

Yet strangely Panthers are top of The League whist the Stars are rooted at the bottom.   Is one track subsiding the other ?

The annoying thing is that they’d got Lawson, Wells and Mountain I’m in the first place instead of Proctor, Bridger and Kinsley it would have been a half decent team. And the Wolves result wouldn’t have happened and Cook wouldn’t have been released.

    Opportunity missed.

Seems very much like they got one team very much right and one team very much wrong.

I would think  Buster signed off on both teams even if he wasn’t directly involved in doing the donkey work in putting either side together.

The riders will stay in Birmingham's 1-7 so will be free to take guest bookings. Their income will be delayed, not lost.

Is that a guarantee or more in hope ?

In theory if a rider was offered a full time position in the Championship would he be within his rights to take it ?  I mean riders still have to earn and I guess they are self employed.  Or in this case self unemployed
