  1. At least with Truminski in we will have somebody that actually wants to ride for the club
  2. If you have got it for £190 for two. Then either you or your partner travelling is under 15. Perhaps you will introduce yourself to the Mildenhall supporters travelling in the bar on one of the nights. I know several of them enjoy your postings
  3. Mildenhall are taking a coach of fans there and have no problem booking rooms
  4. What difference does it make who rides. Obviously a communication breakdown. I think that both team managers agreed regarding Kings Lynn. However the Kings Lynn promotion thought otherwise. Mildenhall have responded quickly as last night was their chance to tell the supporters the replacement riders. A lot of people would want to see Armstrong ride Mildenhall again. Brundle also very popular locally. Bridger again another that people want to see. At least we have another meeting with decent riders and the fireworks were awesome 2 years ago. Well done to Mildenhall for organising this. Who cares what the teams are called. Just another night of decent speedway
  5. Biased as my view may be to say this, but it will be a lesser event for not having teams like Edinburgh and Berwick in it , two teams who travel well to the bigger events and always have a decent following. I mean at events like the P.L.R.C at Sheffield or even when the 4s were at Peterborough in the past both teams used to run at least a coach full of fans which is more than can be said for some teams in this event. Good point, certain teams that take a good away following unfortunately not there. Mildenhall for example would have taken loads, especially on a Sunday and the short distance. Last year at the pairs and fours, there was certain teams who appearred to have no support at all
  6. If you say to the coach company that you expect to leave around 7pm. I have said that to our coach firm. We might not even be in it. Explain at the time because in speedway there may be accidents, your trip back could be delayed. Obviously they have to work within the drivers hours. But if you explain beforehand. Unfortunately in some bad cases a meeting can be delayed an hour for a bad injury and waiting for ambulance cover. Keep up the good work with the arranging of the coaches. You forgot you may get delayed if you meet up with the Mildenhall Barmy Army for a drink

saving grace for me was meeting up with the fen tigers barmy army again Paulco have to agree with most of what you say. Sheffield for me is the best place in the country for speedway. Track and facility wise. Do agree that the majority of the racing was poor a procession Ist was either gate 1 or 2 then then other riders were racing 30 to 40 yards behind. There was 4 or 5 good races though. Good to meet up with you again. Good atmosphere at the end and Lyons did us proud finishing behind Zorro who is definately the best rider in the league and the rightful champion. Despite the large crowd only Redcar could really be heard as visitors. Pity for Zorro, no noticable support from Somerset. Roll on next weekend at Workington and Glasgow
