Now, now be nice... Was certainly good listening to Freemantle. I've already emailed them saying how good their programme was. -

Well i suspose it would be a good birthday if all the fans in the stadium brought me a drink to help me celebrate.

Not fair.... As it stands the SWC Final is due to take place on my 30th Birthday! So no party for me then... Still what a day that will be if Team GB lift the trophy.

21 again?! -
I'm going to go for the Poles and Danes to through to the Final. It's going to be another close call again. i think the poles will finish in the top two with a partizan home crowd behind them. Also think the Danes will go onto the final as they have slightly more strength in depth than the Aussies. The Czech's might spring a few surprises and have some say about who makes it or not.

Tomasz Gollob And The Non-blood Pole
forrest replied to Subedei's topic in Speedway Grand Prix and Speedway World Cup
Ah Event 2 the Group of Death in my view. It will certainly be a tough call who wins this Event. I really can't see the Germans doing anything TBH. I reckon the Swedes will win the event, with a big battle going between Australia and Poland to see who finishes second and third. -
You could always do what I do when I travel abroad for sporting events baz. Pop into a travel agents book your flights and worry about the hotel when you get there. Good thing is Poland is pretty cheap, but you'll have to take pot luck on where you end up staying. Always worked for me. Though once I ended up staying on a boat in Poland once, but hey it was only £1.50 a night.

A great display by Lee tonight. Maybe he should be ill before all his big matches. Just goes to show what can be done when you put a little effot into it.
