That’s good news ,about Vasey, never did anything at Stoke.When he arrived we were a mid second division team , due to his team management we end up bottom of the third division. Looks a good team and it will be all the better without Vasey.

Too right mate , get rid of Vacey. The team has only gone down since he turned up. We were in the Prem when he arrived, and he cocked that up, then we were going to be big fish in the lower league, now at the bottom of that. Any other job , he would be long gone.

The Chesterton home of the Potters Speedway team has suffered thousands of pounds of damage in a suspected vandal attack. Damage at the Potters Loomer Road stadium has virtually destroyed the referee’s box and audio equipment. Promoter David Tattum was the first to discover the extent of the damage yesterday, which he says has left forthcoming amateur meetings and the future of the speedway itself in doubt. davyred,how long have you been going to Stoke Speedway , not long by the sounds of it.Nobody wants Stoke to close, just to improve and once again be were they belong in the PL. If you mean by keeping up the good work Malcolm, that he comes on here threating everyone who does not give him a pat on the back every time Stoke win a match then so be .

He may be the hired hand, but he should not let himself fall into the trap of getting invoiled in a public slanging match, he does represnt Stoke Speedway. If I were to go public with one of our customers like he has, I would not have my job very long

Boozer, I seen those posts that were removed, an could not believe what I was reading. Any other sport and he would have been asked to explain himself before the powers that be for bring the sport into disrepute.Cant say anymore, but at least the rest of Speedway world now know what the Ex stoke fans have had to put up with !!!!!

Proud Potter, not wishing to get invoiled in all this , but can not you see that it is not one or two ex supporters but loads of people who use to go , dont any more. Can you therefore not see that something is very much wrong at Stoke Speedway, all these people who have a go can not all be wrong. You can not treat supporters with threats and expect them to turn up each week to support the team. If you were abused each time you entered a business , you would not keep returning. If the promotion can not see this then can you point it out to them before the place shuts up for good An ex life long supporter of Stoke Speedway

Well done to the lads in the Stoke team on there four wins in a row, but lets not get carried away, the teams which they have defeted were either well down on power with injuries or not the strongest of teams. Dont think it will make much difference to the stay aways ,as there beef is not with the team, but with those who run Stoke speedway. There again you can only beat what is put in front of you, so well done boys. Most will only return if Stoke go back were they belong in the PL and the powers that be change.

Nice one Vog, we dont always see eye to eye on things , but that is a cracking post. Move over Malcolm and let someone with a love of the club take over. They dont have to do much anything is better than bottom. As for all the success you quoted Malcolm, in all your time at Stoke you still have not won a team trophy, and that is what counts, all you as manager have done is take us down to the NL and bottom of that

Still will not face facts. Malcolm. That why most of the supporters that used to go when we were in the PL dont go anymore, but there again we are all wrong and you are right? Thats why you finished last season as you did.

I agree with Ian Lewsey, this was once a great club, and a club most of us held very dear to us, but since you arrived Malcom, we have gone down from PL racing to bottom of the NL. I can not see how you can call yourself a manager, when all you have had is failure,infact anybody could had done that well!!!! If I were you I would be looking at giving someone else the chance, it could not be any worse.

Same old, same old. Only a return to PL will bring back some of the fans that used to watch this one time great club. Sorry but no thanks

Malcolm Vasey is the co-promoter at Stoke, not just team manager.
