When Ian Jordan wrecked Eastbourne, Tom's registration reverted to the BSPL. Pretty sure Glasgow purchased Tom from them.

Jumped straight in and got the £250 option, looking forward to 2024 already.

    Plymouth Gladiators 2024

An unfit Newman averaged H 5.76. A 5.19 without BP's, hardly inflated home average.

Left it late telling him too, has interest but as another poster pointed out, most teams sorted already..

Really nice style and very fast when riding. Ive not seen him live myself so only watched him a few times on TV. He is young and as I have said, looks very good but does seem to shut off when he's in close contact with riders and needs a bit more aggression I'm first turns..
  6. If he's too far ahead in the championship, why not make it a handicap event and put him on -25, ridiculous. Still, keeps the punters coming for the last event..

Bob Dugard took Eastbourne down a league that season, Martin was due to be 16 mid season. GK came down with us and it transformed the club again, we won the KOC in 1985,86 and 87 also won the league in 86 & 87. GK came in and averaged 10.41, Martin averaged 5.69 in half a season then 9.69 in his first full season. Happy days..

Shocked by the news, a true legend of Eastbourne speedway and the sport in general. I know he was very keen to help with the guys trying to get Eastbourne back racing, RIP GK
  11. Why would you set a good racetrack up like this? All grip on the inside, if you drift off the kerb your going backwards..

Agree with that, I get you want to get as many rides under your belt as possible especially at this stage of the season but pick your meetings well at this point, plenty of time..
  13. Its a bit like NL level with a few pro riders..
  14. Really sad news, Clubs that don't race next season rarely don't get to come back.
  15. Found it now on the Smart TV
  16. Same, has Discovery+ for a long time and can't find it..
  17. Is this the best line up we could have picked?
  18. That won't be too difficult..
  19. Has he been dropped from his Polish club? I don't really pay much attention to Polish racing..
  20. I do hope all involved are ok, both physically and mentally. This does sound like it will be classed as a RIDDOR so will need to be reported to the HSE.
  21. Two Eastbourne trained prospects riding for Glasgow today in Brennan and Hagon, along with Ablitt and Foord could this be the last we see from the conveyor belt from the Arlington academy?
