  1. Just back from my first speedway meeting in Poland since Katowice in 1979. Great stadium, well presented and superb atmosphere. Only slight negative was the slickness of the track....and quite a few Poles next to us agreed.....but still served up some good races. Crump very hard done by in the semi final. Already looking forward to Bydgoszcz and Zielona Gora in september.
  2. Adams 50,000 Crump 50,000 Jonsson 40,000 Nicolls 35000 Iversen 25000 Crump as captain
  3. And please PM me top 4 for the GP tomorrow and lottery numbers. Good call for tonight though
  4. 3 of us landing at Poznan about 11 sat morning and hired a car to get us to Leszno. Few questions for the Polish guys please. 1. How far is it from Poznan to Leszno and roughly how long will it take? 2. Someone suggested its 1 main road from the airport to within a short distance of the stadium ( E261 ) Are they correct? Any help or advice appreciated and looking forward to it.

With Jonsson,Shields,Harris,Johnston and Smolinski due to be riding in the KOC semi-final on saturday and Richardson and Howe injured, that line up will change a fair bit.
  6. Anyone wishing to go out, can fly from Stansted to Dusseldorf on saturday morning at 09.00 and return on sunday at 10.00, for just £19.84 incl taxes with Ryanair. ( as at 8.30 this morning )
  7. Just shows how lucky people can be when they close their eyes and the finger falls on Bombers name.
  8. How come there wasnt the same level of complaints when Nicholls and Stead took the place of 2 "young" Aussies in their national championship.

And we have one of these now grovelling to the forum that he was wrong - almost "begging"like. Oh how the "self deluded" have fallen from the walls of his beloved "New Jerusalem". Oh Mrs Biggins tee hee. Idiot!!!!! Well done Bomber. A great performance
  10. Enjoyed the meeting with some good racing, especially towards the end. Have to say I am impressed with the way the Norfolk Arena is looking now. Facilities are far better than most Elite tracks and was good to see Chapmans efforts rewarded with a big crowd. Congrats to Crump and Pedersen on their win also. Ps. Agree with ST in that Jesper B was the most entertaining rider
  11. As the the seeded spot will come down to a choice between Belle vue and Arena, I reckon they might give it to 2 Brits (Stead and Screen) instead of Arenas pair. As for no point in the meeting - there wasnt much point in the last 5 GPs as Crump was a certainty to win it, but chances are you were at most of them, and Crump was an Aces rider Good choice as a neutral venue
  12. Since when have I said Nicholls is my "hero".You really like making things up to distract from what an idiot you have made yourself out to be. If you had bothered to take in what I have said on this issue, in that I agree Nicholls should not be in the GPs,however you continue to resort to name calling, insults and stomping your feet like a pathetic 5 yr old just because those nasty people at BSI wont listen to you.
  13. "Whoring about". You really are one sad individual. Still with level of intelligence you portray in your posts its not surprising. And your "crusade" to get Nicholls excluded from the GPs is one big failure also.
  14. So the same self deluded individual is still going on about Nicholls being a serial failure. One question everyone has to ask is "What is the aim of every rider who competes in the Grand Prix". The answer is I reckon "To be World Champion". Therefore everyone with the exception of Crump can be put in that category. Even Nikki P is a 3yr failure and Hancock a 9yr failure. Even Adams and his beloved Gollob have been a serial failure for a lot longer than Nicholls and neither of them will ever be World Champion. However as BSI run the GPs, BSI rules state that the top 8(which include 7 failures) automatically go through - incl Gollob. But as BSI rules state they can nominate 4 other failures of their own choice, and as I have posted before, that WILL depend on the representations of the 4 leading speedway countries (Den/Swe/Pol/Eng), whether anyone likes it or not. It is their rules and their choice - simply put. So the continual boredom of one individual going on about "integrity","shame","begging bowl" and other insults will continue I am sure. Just remember - Tomasz Gollob, is one of, if not the greatest serial failure in the history of the Grand Prixs - FACT.
