Jo is a busy boy at the week end guesting, but not for the Witches. Well done Somerset on your win. Both Rohan and Leigh looked very shaken after the meeting tbh, nasty crash. -

One has to wonder if the televised Sky meeting last night had an impact as we too thought the crowd was lowish for this fairly important meeting -
You too MM, sorry the weather wasn't kinder tho', you looked rather wet at one point

Berwick V Ipswich Pl Saturday Sept 15th 7-00pm
Badge replied to Normski's topic in SGB Championship League Speedway
Well there is one Ipswich fan here definitely not laughing!!!Was gutted that we let Kev go, and whilst one part of me is chuffed he's found some form, it would be ironic if he stuffed us tomorrow night -
Ok thanks for that explanation.

I find this all very confusing TBH, how was James Brundle last season NOT allowed to ride for Mildenhall NL after signing for Rye House in PL half way through the season?? and why wasn't Simon Lambert allowed to ride for both Stoke and Rye, and then to allow Joe now to double down??? Confuseddotcom!!!

And such is his legacy still appreciated by all Ipswich Fans, he along with Rico made the ITV Anglia news tonight: http://www.itv.com/news/anglia/ scroll down a couple of items. -

where has it been said that Kevin doesn't want to ride at No 1??
-
He just doesn't seem to have any speed in his engines. I know this will sound strange, but it appeared that he was going faster than his bike, instead of sitting back and opening the throttle, he was over the handle bars almost pushing the bike forward. It was so sad to see him last night when he was replaced in his final race, he cut a lonely figure sitting on some steps on the centre green.

Kings Lynn World Cup 9 July
Badge replied to steve19620's topic in Speedway Grand Prix and Speedway World Cup
What a brilliant meeting, it had everything but most importantly it had racing!!! Surely Kings Lynn must be given the play offs and final next year. Well done to all the riders for making a "proper speedway" meeting tonight...WOW!!! -
Well going into heat 15 v Glasgow think you will find Rohan scored 3,3,3,3 sadly only 3rd in that heat...but I'm sure that qualifies as a max

Can I ask a question here, probably Mr S or Tsunami may be able to answer it, or at least give an opinion. Now we have Taylor Poole and Dakota North riding for us this year, both were "signed" by the Horrors a few years ago, and yet neither have ever ridden for that team. So how can they be "assets" of a club that has never used them?
