BEN FUND BONANZA SAT 25 MARCH 5PM AT KINGS LYNN
stevehone replied to Speedway fan's topic in Speedway Testimonials & Individual and Shared Events
are you ok going up steps? if so theres a big seated area at the end of home straight over the bar. if you take your own chair there's room bends 1&2 and 3&4, straights might be a bit more tricky -

i wonder if Batchelor is one that might be squeezed in at Peterborough if Buster sells mid season -
i think if you look away from mainstream media you might find out what USA have been doing in Ukraine over the years that has totally pi55ed off Putin

that wasn't necessarily the case though ...

from what i saw on the night, there were Poole riders not wanting to continue also but the manager saw a chance to take advantage of the situation and got his team riding

With the loss of Long Eaton.........
stevehone replied to Ray Stadia's topic in Speedway News and Discussions
Long Eaton was a really good track, but from what i've seen i think Nottingham council are more on the woke side of things which would be a massive stumbling block -
noone seems to know if Rob Lyon is still manager either
-
i wouldn't be surprised if Ben chose Peterborough thinking Holder was in
-

being a Wimbledon supporter PC was neither here nor there with me except in World Finals, but i was put off him after his treatment of Kenny Carter wanting a British Final to be on (84?). some can be great riders but not great people, and sometimes you have to differentiate between the two. i take people by how they treat me personally, others tell me to avoid so and so, or so and so is horrible, but i'll take everyone as i find them. saying that, it was quite a low move by PC with his message in Steve Casey's book

Didn’t he up his average by 2 points or something for Poole? the PR and magazines etc is done by one of his sponsors, and yes, financially he was held back this year
-
i don't think it was Ipswich
-
i'm sure things are ticking along fine in the background with regards to the team. the only stumbling block may be the future, but if you have someone prepared to put their money where their mouth is then you should be ok

good for Allied, wish more companies would get involved, speedway needs every penny it can get instead of slagging off for no good reason- 45 replies

with testimonials you have to invite riders that will at least get the locals in. Sam Masters has Freddie and Thorssel, Robbo having Harris, and Worrall has Lindback and Bewley

i think he's on a mission this year to prove people wrong, and he's keen on getting in the Denmark team for Wroclaw
