no, i'm on the list, but i'm looking at the itinerary it may not be worth it for me

The World Speedway Riders Association are hosting their annual Celebration of Speedway at Hertfordshire Zoo (formerly Paradise Wildlife Park) on 17.03.24. Entry is £15 and this includes the celebration stalls/events, entry to the Speedway Museum, and entry to the zoo. We are trying to make this event advance ticket only as we are advised that the zoo will not be taking cash. one of the annoying parts is seeing a rider with 2 bikes sitting in the pits, but if they have an issue with their first bike they are quick to jump on someone elses. if the 2nd bike is there, use it, have it ready to go.

i'm looking forward to seeing the track changes at Plymouth, much needed in my opinion, but the worry i have is whether or not the track surface is being changed, i don't know the answer to this. The current surface being more sand based will continue to cut up and be affected more in wet weather.

Celina is really popular wherever she goes as she interacts with the fans and doesn't just bugger off at the end of meetings, i think she'll be really popular at Worky. time will tell if she can score the points, but i expect her average or just below

this is the issue, other clubs were already sorting their riders for this year in the middle of last year, Birmingham didn't know what they were doing so missed out

bit unfair with that too .. it's not always the money, it could be in part to the club only moving up this year and it's not a club that has the pull of Belle Vue, Sheffield etc, and Ipswich have been very lucky with their backing and having Chris Louis as the figurehead. If Birmingham can have an ok season with good racing it might give them a chance to encourage riders to go there

glad he's better on the British tracks then, but when i've seen him abroad it's what i've noticed. look at the updates for the Oz championship too

Wonder if this madness will have an impact on the club long term (and other clubs in areas committed to the WEF)

Holiday Inn in the city centre is where a few of the teams stayed last time, that may be an option but parking is crap

the signings are ok, one will be more inconsistent than the other i think but they are both incredibly capable riders
