  1. Ok lets look at it another way. why is it that all GP riders ride in Poland & Sweden or DK but they do not ride in the UK (all of them) OK so maybe the other leagues pay more (why cant the UK do the same? - reason poor promotion = poor crowds = lack of money)

The other main reason - Too much travel to complete fixtures in UK. solution, promoters need to agree on two back to back days when tracks can have back to back meetings if they continue to insist on one home meeting each during most weeks of the season.

Promoters need to make the prospect for top speedway in the UK appealing to both fans and riders - then they will get the right quanity of both attending the meetings to make EL speedway worthy of the name

I am pretty sure that the Danish riders have to ride Danish League to be able to compete in the Danish Championships and get entry in the WC events, is Woffinden still eligible/able to ride in the British Championship in 2015

  2. Good signing by the comets - very happy

Team has got to be along the lines of:

    1. Kenneth Hansen (7.70)

    2. Rene Bach (7.64)

    3. Mason Campton (4.66)

    4. Nicki Barrett (3.93)5. Ricky Wells (6.49)

    6. Adam Roynon (4.78)

    7. Claus Vissing (7.09)

Most of the Peterborough fans are happy as well.

  3. I think your wrong, definately capable of improving on his average and will be a solid scorer home and away, just because he has ridden for eastbourne doesnt make him a one track pony, didnt have his best season last year and dont see that he is worse than any other rider on a. 6.32 average or lower

Blokes been around for years and flits between third heat leader and reserve until last year, very good around Arlington but that won't be much help in 2015.

Woodward is a good second string at best, I seriously doubt he will up his average this year.

  4. just going with the Hansen signing from the worky thread, and apparent missed point from the agm was the conversion rate. If true, what a royal balls up from the BSPA.

It's not a balls up, it's been deliberately left out of the AGM statement, after all it's not quite as important as changing the yellow helmet colour to yellow and black is it.

This crap just goes on and on

  5. They always seem to miss something out of their AGM statement.

    Yep and hears another one

Workington have announced the signing of Hansen tonight on a PL GSA of 7.70

It appears the EL to PL conversion rate is now 0.40, strange I didn't see that on the AGM statement.
