  1. I am looking for two seats for Cardiff at the moment if anybody can help.
  2. Firstly congratulations to the Brits for doing well on their own patch, Lee Richardson looked chuffed to bits, Floppy rode out of his skin and Scotty Nicholls rode well considering his recent injuries... Having looked at the comments that have been made and I know I am a little biased here but does anyone else agree that AJ should have at least got a place in the final? He was at least as quick as anyone else with three wins and a second before the semi-final place, beat Leigh Adams in the main event, had a fantastic tussle with Mark Loram and chased Greg Hancock to beat him on the line...to get what? A gate four draw in the semi-final! With a decent draw in the semis, I am sure that he would have qualified for the final and who knows if he had any semblance of luck with picking gate positions, he would have been odds-on to win it. This year has been tough going for AJ and his confidence couldn't have been helped by the goings on at Brandon, so it was heartening to see him mixing it with the top boys.
  3. Thanks FD you're a star-Count me in. Please let me know by e-mail when you want paying for the ticket.
  4. Does he (Nicki) mind that Janniro is reserve, Steve? Drmyl is a definite wild card-top 5 for 2004 IMO. Mark Loram-not sure if he will be as good as he was 2-3 years ago-hope I'm wrong. Hampel-Obviously winning U-21 in 2003 shows how much confidence affects his form. Lee Richardson-Questionable temperament under pressure and of course there is NO PRESSURE in the GP's is there? Mikael Max-Crossroads for him, will he make a come back or get worse? Hans Andersen-No Hoper. BTW-Steve T like your signature. Does Nicki approve of this one as well?

    Jason or Nicki?

Well I sense that Stevie T will definitely have his feet in the Crump camp on this one, so just to annoy FT, I'm going for Nicki...

    czech Gp (06 09 03)

We had to laugh though, because before the final, the man in white was put up on the main scoreboard as 'J Grump'....Looked good all night though... Everyone was complementary about the track though and it looked like a bigger version of Coventry's much maligned circuit. Can someone provide me with the answer as to whether the ref (Tony Steele) was the same as the Cardiff GP?

    Prague GP

Full Throttle is going or so he tells me.
  8. That's positively a compliment in my book compared to what most people refer to me as thanks NFrancis100!
  9. Sorry to be pedantic but World Team Cup abbreviates to WTC or SWC (Speedway World cup). Water Closet abbreviates to WC that's all...
  10. Are you refering to World Team Cup or is it about all the 'quality' time that men spend in the toilet?
  11. Post from another website with quotes from Tomasz. 'I feel cheated, hurt and I am seriously considering whether there is a sense in continuing with the GP - Tomasz Gollob told the Polish press. I have done no wrong at Cardiff, and yet Mike Posselwhite threw me out of competition - said very bitter Gollob. He took away any chances I still had to win. There was no foul play from my part but anyone could see that the referee was giving blind eye to Danish foul starts, that he excluded Jonssson for no reason. Why Posselwhite was helping Rickardsson and obstructing (interfering with) Gollob. It hurts ! Preparing for the GP cost a lot of money. In order to win you have invest even more money. Riders pay for air fair, accommodation, engines, bikes etc, but the "rewards" are pegged at the same level as many years ago. And when on top of that the referee is bluntly bias I am entitled to feel fed up and seriously considering my options - said Tomasz Gollob.' Originally posted by Roman Chyla I think that there is a certain amount of truth in some of the comments that he has made. Any thoughts?
  12. What does she crave for Cadbury's, Nestle, Dark or Milk Chocolate?
  13. Be nice to see you again richyb.
  14. I know that its a bit late but i have only just comes across this thread and I thought that I would make a contribution: Leigh Adams-Listens to Bridesmaid FM Jason Crump-Tunes in to LosingitBigTime FM Nicki Pedersen's pet sound on 'KissMyAss' FM is 'Dirty' by C Aguillera. Peter Karlsson has changed his allegiance to Century FM Lee Richardson is Virgin fan this year Andreas Jonsson (if this year is anything to go by) is a big Kerrang! man
  15. Have to admit that if you are looking for an in form young brit, you would have to go for Chris Harris. I know that he is not a brit but Hamill is riding so well at the moment (and better than last year) he should be offered a wildcard. The competition is all the better for someone of his calibre making an appearance-even if it is a one off. No disrespect to Simon Stead but he isn't good enough for the GP series and can only be considered as elimination fodder. It is a sad indictment of the strength of talent in the UK at present that after Nicholls, Loram and Richardson, there is really no one else of any significance coming through.
