Nobody rode in the free space as all other riders agreed that it should stay free as it was Matt's spot! Hopefully the few main people who organsied the whole thing will be doing it again real soon! But i must just say a massive well done should be given to the Boston Barracudas Promotion and Chapman family, for allowing the youngsters to ride there! They rode after a KingsLynn meeting as the Boston one had been postponed to allow thei KL fixture!

Conference League 4tt Draw Announced
Mr Anonomous replied to Fozzie4388's topic in Speedway Testimonials & Individual and Shared Events
Well just a topic on who everyone thinks will win the fours. Personall, as I am a Boston fan, would like to see Boston win. Rob Smith knows the track like the back of his hand! Darren Mallett flew there last seasonm was the first person to beat SS I think. -
Under 21 Line Ups

Well aparrantly all draws were done out of a hat, but in my opinion.... I think Peter Oakes has done something to ensure his Brits (Auty Woffy) do well to get them to prgress quicker and full of confidence as they both continue to ride Internatally! Well fair enough, it may of been too far for Richie Dennis to travel from Spalding to Plymouth, but Peter Oakes then reportedly asked Cal McDade to ride at Plymouth in his place. who lives up in Glasgow. Thats taking the buscuit. Firstly, I think you must be stupid to think that Woffy wil progress as no way will he beat Bridger round Eastbourne, Nor Eddie Kennet, Nor Daniel King, Nor Ben Wilson, At the end of the day, as soon as Woffy gets good enough for Auz, he will, without a doubt ride for them rather than GB, to me its pointless him being in the team as he will dump us as soon as he gets the opportunity. -
Under 21 Line Ups

Your missing the point, although Simon has ridden there so many times this season, he is not racing at the track week in week out, where as Tully, Woffy, Auty, Haines, Dennis and Richardson are, These riders have a home advantage, firstly from crowd support, secondly from home track awarness, and thridly they will know exactly what their bike set up should be! But just another thing, Scunthorpe often over water the track as was seen at Boston, but isnt it strange that in this meeting all their home riders were off inside gates early on in the meeting! -
Under 21 Line Ups

Im not saying swap the tracks, Im just saying, why is it that every Scunthorpe rider who rode in the under 21 qualifier was in the round at thier home track. It just gave the likes of Woffinden, Auty, Tully, Compton that little bit more track knowledge and craft and made the other riders such as Darren Mallett, Jeron Hart, Ben Hannon, Simon Lambert at a less advantage. -

Three rounds of British Under 21 Qualifiers. But to have 7 riders, who ride week in week out that track for their club, is a bit unfair to the others. I know Richie should of been at Plymouth and he was moved to Scunthorpe becayse I presume the distance was to far. But to then ask Cal McDade to race who is from Glasgow taking the mickey. The question has to be asked to Peter Oakes, Is this draw really out of the hat? If yes, Who was the Witness? This draw was an absolute disgrace, and gave the Scunthorpe Riders a huge advantage over others like Ben Hannon, Jamie Courtney, Sean Stoddart etc. In no way am I slaggin off the Scunny riders as I have to say they were all simply awesome, especially Scott Richardson. Also feel really bad for Tully as he would of been in the Final if not for a snapped chain! OUCH I know I am not going to get my answers but still, even Scunny fans should be able to see where I am coming from? Cheers
