Its pathetic and if think a couple of kids slagging each other off on twitter and then punching someone on the back of the head is good for the sport fair enough People go to watch speedway i love characters in sport ..i like them to actually have achieved something in the sport or have something to back up this character .. not famous or being a character simply for being idiots

I found this whole episode so very sad for the sport i love i have met both people involved found one pleasant and kind the other a dickhead - and i am guessing its not the way round people would think Right from the childish tweets after the WC qualifying round thru to this ..its pathetic so many people say ahh it happens a lot .. well it shouldnt happen a lot ..and doesnt happen a lot in other sports i really fear for speedway in this country if this is the level of proffessionalism and intelligence some of our your riders have ..Dakota north and some others tweets are hugely embarassing and bring the sport into disrepute i have long thought speedway has a real issue with some people riders and fans who seem to treat it as a war .. the reality is league speedway in this country is anything but teams made up of guest riders from other clubs riding at 70% most of the time and lots of kids (the future) watch it GP speedway is another level completely i find it so sad we seems to have riders who have achieved nothing in this sport at the top level refer to themselves as star ! sad pathetic and embarassing

    Neil Middleditch

God i hate this about speedway Middleditch gets abuse beacuse he is affiliated with Poole ? This is speedway FFS Riders move around guest for other teams , just enjoy the sport We could have put Dynamo in charge of TEAM GB last night it would have made no difference , The riders are not good enough simple as that Bridger or Stead or King - No difference Barker at least showed glimpses of wanting to be in world level company and i hope he goes onward and upward Bridger has got far too much to say for himself - his tweets this morning are just disgusting GB speedway is incredibly weak - sooo many people on here a few weeks back stating that the british final showed what a strength we had !! Completely the opposite IMO until that attitude goes we will continue to be a laughing stock

I thought the joker decision was hasty Who else would have rode instead of Barker ? Olly Allen ? Do me a favour Just shows the lack of strength in GB Little chance in Gorzow with Nicholls - NO HOPE now Depressing really that a speedway nation like us is so weak - with very little on the horizon suggesting a change
  5. LMFAO if i was having a bad day at the office and the person who contributes to my wages wanted to see me - then i would smile and go and see them What a load of **** This was 6 kids under 10 I hope his kids have heroes one day and when they get a chance to meet them , they turn their back on his kids Then he can face the awkward questions ! This was not a van full of leary blokes who wanted to berate him for his poor show at the GP , It was kids ! My son actally wearing a jason crump t hsirt and cap off his own personal website !! Miserable Git , End of story
  6. My lads favourite rider is GREG Never met him as the kids were not old enough when he left UK racing Hope my lad gets the chance to meet him one day
  7. Hans is freindly thats true - i only mentioned those few as they really went out there way to make my lad feel special BARKER and STEAD especially (and i know BARKER gets a lot of stick on here) TAI was another who chatted to my lad for a minute or two as well
  8. I dont want to make this into a witch hunt against him BUT i am a 41 yr old bloke with 2 kids aged 6 and 4 who went to cardiff with 2 other families - who i introduced to speedway last season We regularly go to the Bees and almost to a man every rider has been courteous and freindly to the kids (BEN BARKER CHRIS HOLDER SIMON STEAD SCOTT NICHOLLS PETER KARLSSON especially) I can assure you that what i described DID happen on saturday Such a shame - but it wont stop me or the kids enjoying SPEEDWAY or discourage me from trying to get more families to come with us PS 13 of us went - all families and we sat amongst hundreds of poles and we had a great time ,good banter and looking forward to next year
  9. Not sure where he was going but he was at MONMOUTH services at around 10.30
  10. It was indeed Mr Crump Met him once before and he was a little less than freindly but still signed an autograph , this time he literally turned his back on the kids Anyway there you have it
  11. Wanna, on 27 June 2011 - 12:29 PM, said: Surely not mr bridger? NO he was riding at the GP
  12. NO he was riding at the GP
  13. Well we bumped into a certain rider at the services on the way home We had 5 kids under the age of 10 with us and they were very excited , he literally turned his back on them all as they shouted his name excitedly Poor show
  14. Is the fan park thingy on again this year ?
  15. TOTALLY AGREE think if anything it showed that the QUALITY of british speedway is very low Bomber walking to a final when he barely gets above 5 points in a GP on a regular basis Nicholls winning it and Woffinden getting a max when they could clearly not cut it in the GPs An enjoyable night but not proof that british speedway is dining at the top table of the worlds best nations

    Pawlicki And His Average Manipulation

I generally watch these boards from the distance frankly becuz i find the level of hostility about a wonderful family sport - where teams constantly change - riders actually guest for other clubs during a season - absolutely pathetic I go and watch the Bees with my young lad and thoroughly enjoy a great atmosphere - riders from whatever team always happy to chat and have pics with my boy And i come on here and its like speedway is world war III A mate of mine who never watched speedway before came with me to the 1st leg and watched the 2ng leg on TV and was constantly texting me about it !! He is hooked and wants to come to cardiff next year For gods sake some Poole fans on here !!! you got beat , move on , grow up and enjoy ure speedway

    Swc Race Off

He wrote: “Soak it up England while you can cause it ain’t going to last long!” Ha Ha Bless him - not the sharpest tool in the box - but a genuine talent if he keeps his head from disappearing up his arse Its going to last a little longer than it is for you lot though mate , we wont win it but we have more chance of winning than the aussies All good banter

    Olympic Stadium Gp 2013?

The chances of that happening again are substantially higher than it being raining on a day in june or july in the uk

    Olympic Stadium Gp 2013?

AND CARDIFF has a roof Imagine all those people and the event having to be postponed The year Harris won it was persisiting down and would have been cancelled if not for the roof
  20. Watched speedway all my life And i have never ever got my head around people from GB waving aussie flags swedish flags etc etc , supporting them over the home team It just seems ridiculous to me
  21. Well done team G.B !! Fantastic result and i agree with what some one wrote on here earlier, the australians were mucking around to much with the helmet cam and pretty much assumed they would win the heat after steady got excluded. I was thinking what Crump and Adams would of said if they was there ? I agree they seemed to be somewhat complacent after the Stead disqualification I am sure Crump and Adams would have had a few words to say They were arrogant and payed for it
  22. HA HA HA HA HA Not even this years xfactor losers but last years Dear god !!
