Gunther Bauer is now in a good position for the next rounds at Assen. Franky has a lot of work to do, as does Antti Aakko and Posa Serenius.

But with only three non-Russiansin the top 10 it is going to be very much of a "closed shop" for the western riders.

Anyone else going to Assen besides me then?

Can't imagine Günther could have hoped for a better start Maybe get some media interest if he is still in with a shout come Berlin,but i doubt it,not if there is any Nordic Skiing or speed-skating on
