There's two of them, Senior and Junior. Balinski Snr was born in 1977 and has ridden for Unia Leszno since 1994. He averaged 7.40 in this season's Ekstra Liga, which placed him 21st in the averages. He was involved in the notorious "Holta" incident and lost his licence as a result. However, his appeal against the decision was successful and his licence was reinstated.
