BobC 664 Posted October 6, 2006 Oh no,we dont have to put up with the Golden Oldies,do we? Dont worry, they took all the rain with them to Newport last weekend!
speedflash 242 Posted October 6, 2006 Hi. The meeting starts at 3pm. The weather is going to be good how ever the track has had a lot of rain on it. It will be a bit heavy to start with but it will soon dry out to a good race track. We will be putting some limestone on it in the morrning to help dry it out. The weather man tells me we will have few light showers tonight then dry from midnight. Have had no rain today .Center green is flooded ( not badly) but we will get that off in the morning. See you there. Glyn Taylor

Shorty 0 Posted October 7, 2006 Does anybody know whether Ben Hopwood is fit. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Ye he had just aggravated the ligaments he pulled not so long ago. He was in some pain but decided to ride today because it's his last chance at the U15's.. Well done for coming 2nd though Ben!
Guest PanthersChamp06 Posted October 7, 2006 (edited) Just got back from up north, that was different! Bloody freezing but good racing. Redcar has alot of potential to become a big team, lots of room to expand. Facilities were better than Readings, food was nice aswell. Racing was good. No one was going to get near Joe, Ben or Adam today, Joe was very quick and deserved the title. Well done Bren on getting it going again for the challenge meeting after, you said you got your head back and you prooved it, shame it wasnt in the Under 15's meeting! Special praise to Marc Owen, this boy was bloody quick! On a 250cc clocking times in the 61's was very impressive, he was half a lap ahead at the end of each heat. Perfect style and a great racer, shame he wasnt getting paid, 21 points. Edited October 7, 2006 by PanthersChamp06
