Whats about Junior Championship? Maybe any results...

The Junior Final was abandoned on Friday the 8th after 7 heats due to track conditions, and was re-scheduled for Sunday 10th. A heavy downpour on Saturday evening forced the MasarnaAvesta club to postponed the second attempt as well. A new date hasn't been announced yet.

New date for the Swedish Junior Final is Monday September 8th.

2. Robert Hendersson, Team Bikab

3. Anton Rosén, Team Dalakraft

4. Jonas Messing, Rospiggarna

5. Ricky Kling, Gnistorna

6. Simon Gustafsson, Indianerna

7. Christian Isomettä, Dackarna

8. Linus Sundström, Piraterna

9. Ludvig Lindgren, Örnarna

10. Robert Pettersson, Lejonen

11. Linus Eklöf, Team Bikab

13. Andreas Messing, Rospiggarna

14. Dennis Andersson, Masarna

15. Anders Mellgren, Valsarna

16. Billy Forsberg, Västervik

17. Robin Aspegren, Elit Vetlanda

18. Henrik Karlsson, Smederna

Im not sure but I think Robin Apegren will replace Andreas Messing.

Everything can happen but usually its suppose to be a fight between THJ, Elit Vetlanda, Billy F, Västervik, Ricky Kling, Lejonen, Kim Nilsson, Bajen Speedway, Simon G, Indianerna and Ludvid Lindgren, Dackarna but the Nordic U-21 champion Linus Eklof and Dennis Andersson and Anton Rosén from the Masarna in Avesta might challenge.

i think so too since i read in Masarna's Guestbook that Andreas has loaded his bikes into the transport. So i guess that he's heading for Avesta.

Thanks for letting us know, I was just about to ask why they hadn't started the rider's second ride yet. Long delay.

Oh well maybe they can try again another day. (or maybe not with the weather we are having at the moment.

at 20.30 there will be a decision whether to continue or not. Personally i doubt that they can continue. if you look at the webcam it still rains heavily.

In Sweden you are very persistant. When i came over for the GP a few weeks ago we were at Vaservik and it wasn't call of till about 20.30 that night, we had a great night thought drinking the pear cider :approve:

Is this the second time they have tried to race this meeting??

Third, isn't it? The original date off, then meant to be a couple of days later, but still raining, wasn't it?

yeah you're right, first they intended to ride on the sunday but it was still raining.

If they are gonna try again IMO saturday this week would be a good choice.
