Parsloes 1928 nearly 495 Posted July 24, 2012 Wasnt the 2007 Under15s champion Dan Greenwood who now rides for Dudley? Hmm, well spotted! As many will know, if there's even the slightest chance of me getting something wrong like this I'll take it!! Though in my (flimsy) defence, - and I won't name and shame! - a distinguished fellow member of the BSF led me down this blind alley on this occasion!! Have to say, btw, that Oliver looks to be as outstanding prospect and is a really nice guy too..! PS am sure namesake Daniel is as well..!! PPS shame there's not a third young rider with this surname, then one could put together a mini team and call it 'Under The Greenwood Three'...
Bryn 413 Posted July 25, 2012 Though in my (flimsy) defence, - and I won't name and shame! - a distinguished fellow member of the BSF led me down this blind alley on this occasion!! Parsloes 1928 nearly 495 Posted July 25, 2012 Are you therefore admitting that you're easily led then Parsnips old fruit? Well, you can take a horse to water, but a pencil must be led..
Bryn 413 Posted July 25, 2012 (edited) So by saying that Parsnips old fruit, are you now claiming that you actually have lead in your pencil?? Edited July 25, 2012 by Bryn

Parsloes 1928 nearly 495 Posted July 26, 2012 I believe it's Ipswich vs. Mildenhall in the AJDL this evening. An important fixture in terms of the race for the play off final. And will be an interesting one to see the two team line-ups... Anyone ot there have any details..?
Parsloes 1928 nearly 495 Posted July 28, 2012 Seems there will be no play offs in the AJL which I think is the right thing personally (I'm no fan of play offs deciding a league title) . The Ipo vs. Tiger Cubs derby match didn't happen last night as it happens...

Mimmo 1,070 Posted August 22, 2012 I understand that 'the Man Mountain' has to date (I think one match remaining...) dropped just a solitary point in this year's AJL...! 2/5 v Mildenhall (H) 7+1 30/5 v Lakeside (H) 9 31/5 v Peterborough (A) 6 2/6 v Rye House (A) 9 4/7 v Peterborough (H) 11+1 19/8 v Mildenhall (A) 9 Andy Mountain 6 18 51 2 53 11.78 As far as I'm aware, we've still got to ride at Ipswich (Home & Away) plus a home meeting against Rye House, and I think one of those is happening after the Stars v Belle Vue meeting tonight.
