Madison 6 Posted July 3, 2012 I ordered 2 tickets on line on 20th June paying the £5.50 postage fee and am still waiting for them to be delivered! I've emailed ticketmaster but had no reply. Why can't the Norfolk Arena sell advance tickets? I'm concerned my tickets won't arrive in time for the event.

Why can't the Norfolk Arena sell advance tickets? I'm concerned my tickets won't arrive in time for the event. Same has happened to me so I managed to phone ticketmaster and they have said if I don't receive by Friday phone them and they will send them for collection at the Norfolk arena. I emailed the Norfolk arena this morning and they said if I have brought them from ticketmaster they will be available for collection from the box office their on monday
Madison 6 Posted July 3, 2012 If we have to collect our tickets from the stadium, will we receive a refund of our £5.50 postage I wonder?
SCB 0 Posted July 3, 2012 If we have to collect our tickets from the stadium, will we receive a refund of our £5.50 postage I wonder? Was just about to say, if I had to pick my ticket up on the day I'd be kicking off until I got my £5.50 back. Ticket handling and postage fees are a rip off. rhidassa 73 Posted July 3, 2012 Got to say I feel rather fortunate... being a local to King's Lynn I was able to buy my ticket after the meeting, thereby bypassing that nastily high postage fee. Bargain. And cheaper than your average meeting at King's Lynn, too!
