Humphrey Appleby 13,967 Posted September 24, 2012 Anyway, I havent checked but I'm led to believe that if I bought a license from my federation, the small print says that I'm available to represent the federation if they ask. It might say it, but I doubt taking out a licence implies any sort of contract, and forcing riders to compete would seem unreasonable unless travel costs and potential loss of earnings are covered.
