Well as a young man, he is entitled to make some mistakes early on in his career!
The Voice Of Reason 2,124 Posted October 25, 2012 (edited) Davey Watt only joined Lakeside because Poole rejected him, How does it feel to have a rider ride for you knowing that he didn't want to ride for your club. Feels great actually. Maybe due to the fact that Watty not only increased his average, as already mentioned, he also became our skipper, and has publicly stated that Lakeside is the first Speedway team that he's ridden for where he feels valued. And do you know something else? He turns out for us more than 75% of the time - because he's LOYAL! Edited October 25, 2012 by The Voice Of Reason
LagutaRacingFan 1,945 Posted October 25, 2012 (edited) Next Year Team 1. Niels - 8.84 2. 3. MJJ - 6.54 4. Linus - 7.87 5. Hans - 8.27 6. 7. Arthur Sissis - 3.00 Long tail but heat-leaders win you meetings. Edited October 25, 2012 by Jepsen Jensen Racing

Pantherite 5 Posted October 26, 2012 Please enlighten us dear JJR as to how he would start on a 3 point average, and why he would leave a lucrative career in road racing for a tinpot sport like ours?

The Voice Of Reason 2,124 Posted October 26, 2012 (edited) Heat-leaders win you meetings. Maybe, but it does help if they can be bothered turning up in the first place. Edited October 26, 2012 by The Voice Of Reason
LagutaRacingFan 1,945 Posted October 26, 2012 Let's hope Watt does't go back to Poole and leave Lakeside. Fantastic loyalty from Davey Watt, Loyalty is a rider rejecting other clubs to join your club and that's what Michael Jepsen Jensen did On a side note, Enjoy your slow motion speedway at Arena. Panthers89 1,922 Posted October 26, 2012 Kenneth or Niels.... obvious choice, Kenneth, lower average, and Kenneth has reached the 9.00 marker only the season before, where as Niels has IMO had his best season. Throw in MJJ, Linus and a Bomber for Hans swap for a season..... would be a good team. Kenneth Bjerre Patrick Hougaard Michael Jepsen Jensen Linus Sundstrom Chris Harris Mikkel B Jensen Richard Lawson/David Bellego Hougaard needs a season away from Belle Vue, with a few other danes in the team, would do him world of good, Mikkel B for the potential, and then we will always have strong reserves. Bellego has been very impressive at the PL4TT and guest appearance. Solid top 4, and solid bottom 3.... make a change.
