Long Eaton finally ended their run of defeats with a comprehensive victory over MDL leaders MK Knights. The match was effectively won inside the first three heats as the Invaders chalked up a trio of 5-1s and although the Knights recovered to make a fight of it, the 12-point deficit proved too much to pull back.
