gee jay 234 Posted September 5, 2014 i don't think it's just about a lack of equipment, there seems to be a big difference in how the track material reacts in bad weather. i can't comment on poland but certainly in sweden it rains, they stop for a whileand after grading if the rains stops off they go again no problem. over here the tracks seem to hold the water and turn into mud hence meeting over.
