Aces51 2,778 Posted January 1, 2015 As no rider other than Palm Toft got less than 5 - and he was a sub 5 PL rider, it would be madness to allow any new assessed rider in the EL on less than 5. He should be a 6 at least - as should just about every new EL rider. Gones are the days of averages from 3 to 10.5 but now they're from 5 to 8.5 I agree and in fact MPT finished on 5.20.
