Barrycuda 184 Posted February 18, 2015 New regulation for use of brown paper envelopes. 6.1.3 Payments in cash or kind and any other form of inducement, other than those in accordance with the terms of the Riders’ Agreement, that are made or offered directly or indirectly by any Promoter, Official, Agent of other person to a Rider with the intention of influencing the result of a Heat or Heats, shall be deemed to be conduct prejudicial to the sport.
