mdmc82 2,878 Posted April 9, 2015 Predicting a easy home win for Swindon esp with the strength of guests they have. Lakeside have struggled so far away from home. (Think Lakeside will win return leg though) More importantly though, I hope all the riders have a safe meeting.

A ORLOV 8,628 Posted April 9, 2015 I'm thinking of making my first ever visit to Swindon for this match. We normally like to stand on the first bend and may have a pram. Any advice on the stadium, good places to watch, food etc. We'll be shopping round Swindon in the day and travelling from the town centre, is 6.30ish the best time to arrive? Thanks in advance. Gates open at 6.30 and so are the pits from 6.30 till 7 so if you want to visit the pits then 6.30 is a good time. If I was you I would grab some food in town.

mdmc82 2,878 Posted April 9, 2015 (edited) Now they are riding for a decent club Aw glad you regard Coventry and Belle Vue so highly. 😜Think both plus Swindon look good this year. Edited April 9, 2015 by mdmc82

Grachan 7,362 Posted April 9, 2015 Every time Swindon ride against Lakeside I look at the line-ups and think we'll win. Then we lose. Anyway, looking at the line-ups, I think we'll win.

Gemini 4,894 Posted April 9, 2015 looking forward to tonight, not only to see some action but I won't freeze me nuts off... Remembering what it's like at Swindon on a lovely sunny evening I'd like to offer you a bit of advice - wrap them up warm otherwise they will drop off. Ignore this warning at your peril.
TonyE 822 Posted April 9, 2015 (edited) 14 riders (including 5 'guests') - only in speedway (and before anyone has a pop), yes it is unfortunate circumstances at play. Edited April 9, 2015 by TonyE
foamfence 2,917 Posted April 9, 2015 14 riders (including 5 'guests') - only in speedway (and before anyone has a pop), yes it is unfortunate circumstances at play. Exactly! It's a farce.
