Sings4Speedway 3,249 Posted May 26, 2015 I thought the MDL was for Brits only? However if he has a British passport...... 2 x NL riders on one side and one on the other. If, as has been suggested, he was born in Poland and therefore not eligible for the junior leagues, what would be the implications if he caused an accident?
