Can you please explain to me what all this actually means? Thanks!

I prefer the +/- approach where you subtract dropped points at home from points gained away. It doesn't tell the full story as you may have raced the better teams already but I think it is the closest to a level playing field

M +/-
1 Edinburgh 16 16
2 Glasgow 18 16
3 Peterborough 16 14
4 Somerset 14 10
5 Sheffield 17 7
6 Plymouth 14 3
7 Ipswich 18 2
8 Workington 13 0
9 Rye House 14 -3
10 Berwick 14 -7
11 Newcastle 16 -9
12 Redcar 14 -9
13 Scunthorpe 16 -12

Agree with the concept chopper - just can't square up some of your figures.
