Coventry V Lakeside This Friday (20/5) & Return Clash Saturday

Recommended Posts

I hope Roynon can stay safe, he's not had much luck riding for the Bees.

Bees need a convicing win tonight and a point tomorrow.

this will be close.... under 6 pt win either way...

but if the track is deep and grippy it could be a big home win

Why isnt Woryna at reserve. Surely Roynon should be in the position of the rider he's replacing?

Am I correct that Bees actually have 3 EDR riders (Roynon, Bates, Sarjeant) and today picked Roynon (CMA 3.00) and Sarjeant (CMA 3.45) which means Woryna (CMA 4.00) is at 4?

Squad system?

God knows. The rules are a joke.

Yes and we don't know them

Apparently Roynon uses his own average as he's declared in our squad therefore at reserve. Lanham tomorrow will assume Bates average dropping Woryna to reserve.

Confused? You will be....

Anyone else remember the USA sitcom SOAP?

Every episode began with a voiceover update with tried in vain to give you an overview what had previously gone on and why, trying desperately to explain an impossibly complicated situation...

Oh how British Speedway could do with a 'Benson' to sort everything out.☺

Looks like the positive Lakeside start to the season is quickly fading.

A surprising win for the Bees all the same.

Well done Coventry on a convincing win. Even with a bit of a off night for our top 2 compared to normal, we still won & pushed Hammers to use a TR.

great to have no last places from our reserves, Sarjeant rode well without jumping and Roynon did much better than I expected.

For Lakeside AJ is always good to watch & Lawson but I was shocked by how bad Mear, Piotr and Bridger were. I imagine they must be much better at home though for Lakeside to be where they are in the league.

Good win, poor meeting, poor crowd and poor value for money, rant over.
