Coventry Possibly To Join Nl

Recommended Posts

Riders who show up well, or even seem likely to, are soon snapped up by EL or PL teams, as we have found out at Birmingham.

Yes JJ, is this not the result of the selfish BSPA rule that does not allow N.L. sides to own contracts ? It is time that supporters of the N.L. teams

made their objections to this rule known. The senior promoters must be ashamed of themselves for introducing such an unfair rule...and it WILL

backfire as less and less N.L. teams bother to search for kids, so the life blood of the sport will dry up..well done BSPA.

If you think about it, how many people make up the BSPA? Let's say it's one per club, less the clubs like BV who have teams in 2 leagues, so that's what? 28? (maybe even 27 depending on who Gary Patchett wants to represent) It's not that many people. It's less than the average class size when I was at school. And yet they still have an organisation with more politics and in-fighting than the pretty much same number of representitives from what's left of the EU countries. How can so few people divided themselved up into so many cliques and vested interest groups with so many feudes and so much discord? Why can't they just get along?
