Burger van on the south side has only just turned up at 7pm. No food or soft drinks on sale that side of the stadium & they're unhappy about people walking round the far side of the stadium to get to the refreshment facilities that side. Shambles...

Heh doesn't sound well organised over there.

What chance all the riders in heat four make the top 6? Really hoping Cook can win it.

And Britain must be the only nation not to see riders to their national final. Itcwas ridiculous in the 80s making someone like carter ride with a broken leg in the semi finals, when anybother nation would have seeded him through. And ridiculous now when the nation's brightest young talent is missing due to a breakdown.

As usual for first set of heats on a big track. Been 30 degrees today so loads of water was put down, starting to dry out now and dirt will start moving wider making racing better.
