I don't expect heroics from harris like that every week, but I sincerely hope we do get to see that kind of riding more often now. It seemed to instill a lot of belief into to the team and the pirates were well and truly fired up.

Best overall team performance from us in quite some time. 

Very encouraging signs tonight with every rider getting at least 2 paid wins. 

Not getting ahead of myself but tonight's performance has me believing again. 

Hopefully we can keep the momentum going. 

The signing of Jakobsen could be a title winner. 16+3 from his two home meeting's already. Very impressive from Frederik.

Poole to win the league now, as long as Harris maintains similar form. 

Two excellent reserves and a top 5 where anyone can pop out and win big races.

Some people could be made to look very silly come the end of the play offs!

It was a good meeting on a very hot night, riding over from Weymouth I could see my outside temperature gauge raising to near. 28 degrees at 7pm and  I was hoping the track wouldn’t be a dust bowl. Fair play to the track staff as it held up very well in the conditions. Poole were deserved winners and although Leicester pushed them early on the team just clicked and pulled away with some incredible riding. Special mention to Bomber as I for one did not think he would enhance the team so I stand corrected, and it was great to see him standing at the pit gate congratulating riders going out and coming in, that’s what I like to see. There’s still some way to go and hopefully we can make the playoffs and in doing so give someone a run for their money!!
