Do you think he could do a job for us at reserve in place of Congreve if Redcar let him go. What is his current average? Just a thought as not sure who is available. Can't be easy with a lack of riders available. There is 0% chance of Adam coming in to replace George unless more changes are made to the 1-7. Its an interesting position we find ourselves in given we have fixtures on Wednesday, Friday and Sunday this week. If we are to replace someone in our declared line up it would need BSP approval so can’t see many chances to do so this week, unless the outgoing rider is happy to race despite being moved on. In my view if we don’t get an announcement of a change tomorrow then we will most likely have to wait a little longer for a change to the side than the statement from Rob suggested. Fingers crossed the promotions hard work pays off and we do manage to strengthen the side before this weekend.

There is 0 chance off Adam returning full stop…he’s said he wouldn’t ride for granty ever again, hence why he didn’t come back this year..

There have been suggestions made on various threads that the 'retirement' would suit Leicester's busy match schedule for June as they have now been granted a guest facility for 28 days and that some guests would obviously fare better at some away tracks and maybe after a break he may come back refreshed.

It wasn't a case of replacing him with a 4.00 man because he was underperforming. It only matters now if he's stronger than the outgoing rider (Roynon)

HGould 2,213 Posted June 7, 2022 Rowe wants to ride more in Poland where he has offers, good contacts from a spell in 2020 and also potentially fast bikes prepared by one of the top UK tuners based over there. If that's where he wants to focus people should respect that and he certainly doesn't have the big fish in a small bowl some UK riders suffer from and have all of their careers. He's not going to be riding for any Friday / Saturday / Sunday track in UK on that basis and as U24 league is on a Tuesday in Poland that really narrows his CL options you'd think for a home track and he'd miss a lot of away matches. Fait play to the kid, he's showing ambition
SpeedwayTShirts 307 Posted June 7, 2022 What's happened to this big team shake up? Heading down to Oxford tomorrow mainly to watch Lee Complin, but it'd be nice to know if there's a competitive team heading down?

Unless we can bring in a fresh face or 2 in for the next 3 meetings & the rest of the campaign we need a miracle with a capital M to get anything out of the season!! But to be fair to the promotion they are trying to get the best possible riders in & remember the previous promotion done it with recruiting the 2 Danes kenni larsen & Rene Bach Edited June 7, 2022 by Justgotmecpc
