Replace Kerr and downgrade with Kemp.

Replace Kemp and further downgrade with Killeen.

Wouldn`t be surprised if Oxford are about to make another change at heat leader and need the extra points to do so.

That makes no sense. They are so far under the limit they could simply have replaced Kemp with Zmarzlik.
