Absolutely, plymouth were one of the first teams to complete there league matches due to running against England World Cup fixtures, changing race night to a Tuesday on occasion to be rewarded with a Cup final in October when you  can more or less guarantee issues with the weather. Madness   

Crazy decision to hold the cup final that late, Plymouth do not have a single home meeting in September then race 2nd week of October when weather likely to be against them, everyone knows they are on marshland and the water table will be higher. Those that made this call could not run a bath.
