It is comparing a a WTCQ and two GP's though... To hold a GP can cost the organiser well over £100k which is paid to the rights holders.. And then flights and hotels for FIM people and riders... At circa 7000 capacity you will need to charge some big numbers to make any money after that considerable outlay... It will be interesting to see if after last years "novelty" of being the first GP at the NSS, whether demand will be the same this year...

We all know the situation but if Poole lost their track there would be no point in discussing on here a new track at a secret location, with opposition and no hope of a planning application, need more positivity -

It's a rough situation, his official average is 6.74. Pretty much a heatleader figure for most teams next season. If you was the Sheffield management, you'd have to be bonkers not to take advantage, would you not?? -

This should be good. Tell us all why fans shouldn't be cynical about British Speedway?? Ya know, the British Speedway that has constant track closures, supporters not returning year on year, excessive admission increases for a weak product. A league that, as of right now, has 4 teams. I await the answer to what the whole of the British public is missing out on!?! -
