All this what Poole do and don’t do is  regarding youngsters just getting tedious.

Regarding the young riders, a lot of teams have a NDL team or a junior team being ran in the Northern or midland junior league, thus helping local youngsters start and progress through the levels of the sport. But it appears Poole don't have this, then use ££s to encourage the youngsters to join them.  Even when Poole put the youngsters meeting on last season Paul starke was riding in the event 🤔

yeah think geography would have been a factor in his decision.
