Looking at the British U19 from this year and excluding Foord who I think will be too old the top six were Harrison, Scott, Rushen, Cairns, Pjiper and Loftus. Assuming of course they are young enough at whatever the cut off point is. -

Cairns would be at reserve in that team, has a lower average than Boughen, who would be an unlikely signing. -

Are there enough U19s of sufficient quality to ride in the Prem next season? Think it's be better if it was U24 in Prem, U19 in Champ.
