I thought Cami chose well again in Nick and Reid. Hopefully we see them a few more times in Glasgow colours? Do Glasgow give Hodder and Hagon another crack next season? Slow start last night. But boy what a finish once again Ashfield delivers and the peril of the sport disipates temporalily.

Jenkins would have scored more than Lambert so would have made a difference. Silly statement.  

Maybe because he struggles at PL level but great in the Championship.

The Glasgow track was prepared almost exactly the same as last Friday, which also resulted in a big track grade after heat 4, scraping shale off on to the mini track. Glasgow have been preparing deeper tracks at the request of the Tigers riders, but the last 2 weeks have seen riders from both teams struggle to turn their bikes in the early heats, hence the remedial work after heat 4 (I'm not an expert on track prep so I'm not even going to suggest what went wrong). What I can say though is the track prep had nothing to do with Redcar being in town.
