The shock of the meeting was the announcement from Jamie Swales that he is stepping down as Promoter at the end of the season. Also an excellent 2 minute silence for the 2 Police officers tragically killed last week. Well done Redcar Speedway

Very Poor management of the Tigers made it an easier match for the Bears. Blindingly obvious that Battye needed to replace Hagon in heat 11, but Hodder comes in in heat 8 and therefore Hagon has to stay in 11 Battye scores 5 from 2 finishes, plus a fall when miles ahead and doesn't get any extra rides 😲 should have been in 12 Thanks Cami from all the Bears fans 😊 -
Much easier than expected, honestly thought Edinburgh would run us close tonight. Written off at start of the season, but play-offs secured. Whatever happens, it's been a great year, thoroughly entertaining.

Yes, it seems, looking at the updates, Battye won his 1st. He was leading till the last bend in his 2nd ride, another 2nd in h8, so you would have thought he would have taken Hodder's ride in h12. Very strange decision by Brown.

Cammy brown drawers giving Hodder a 4th ride… we laugh and joke on this forum but he really is clueless and has most likely just cost us any chance of getting back in this meeting.
