He is a competent rider who has shown steady but not spectacular improvement. There are several younger Danes who are already ahead of him, not just the obvious ones like Bastian Pedersen, Mikkel Andersen, Drejer and Nagel - but also riders like Heiselberg, Breum and Thorst who have largely been unnoticed.  

Would imagine more likely they are hoping for a new team to enter, Northampton ( if not in for 2026 ) or however unlikely, Coventry, Swindon, Wolves, Peterborough.

Well in my opinion it was very surprising after Howarth came last in heat 15 he came out again in the super heat especially as the track had changed and a gater like Dan T would have been a better choice. Only my opinion as obviously I have no idea what was said between the riders in the pits prior to the super heat.
