Scunthorpe tried to do that with Danny Phillips a few years back and the SCB refused and they had to keep using him.  The same would happen here, I believe, as it's too late to make a change to the line-up (i.e sacking a rider). I always seem to be in the minority, but I think the RS rule is a good one & hope they keep it. By all means add it to the Champ, but not remove it from the Prem. I'll use Joe T as an example, would he have received as many chances if it wasn't for the RS scheme? It's taken him a few seasons, but now scoring good points in the Prem. Poland have rules for Polish reserves, Britain should do the same for British reserves. Regarding King's Lynn, I don't know why they're always so poor. They often look like they've got a powerhouse reserve but it doesn't happen, this year sign a superstar number one & a very promising Brit & success still doesn't happen.
