All signing are subject to approval If there is a big shake down and it ends as one big league it's quite simple They are not guaranteed to be approved New limits etc will be set Personally I expect it to still be Premiership and Championship in 2026 with the merger taking place in 2027 unless there is a miracle influx of financial support

I agree about collective and that's what's missing of course.  I don't think all of the championship promoters are interested in growing their business at all, just happy with a nice profit each year for their retirement.  You can pay higher wages if the income is greater, which in turn allows higher expenditure and generates higher income.  It's not rocket science.  If only one club does that then the cost of the riders increases for those clubs who haven't and we end up with what we have now - no collective approach.

Doesn't matter as they've got riders who are ready to break off CHAMP contracts as we speak. Hopefully everything works out in the end which see's nobody lose out.

Any rider who is doubling up for two of the teams in the play offs could wear "half n half" kevlars and helmet colours, with one side his Premiership team and the other his Championship team.. His scores each race would also count equally for both teams.. As pretty much most, if not all, the Championship winning team will double up with one of fhe three Premiership teams, it would be guaranteed to keep the scores close too, so a very exciting conclusion to yet another season of top class entertainment...
