Even though I’ll miss it, it appears Louis has done the right thing looking to get out. The whole thing is a shambles.

I agree with your final paragraph and at the end of the day it is only worth what someone is willing to pay. Where there is a very limited market of potential buyers (as with a Speedway promotion) the seller is not in a particularly strong position when it comes to getting a price that they may wish to achieve.
