  1. You are correct Plymouth mathematically could have caught Scunthorpe had they got all 6 points last night and tonight and Scunny got no more points. very unlikely but possible
  2. That’s incorrect Glasgow can still use Kyle’s full average (+5% at home) both Anders Rowe and Jason Edwards average is above 75% of Kyle’s. The 28 day facility runs till later this week and I would imagine an extension will be applied for and granted under rule 10.5 K ‘retiring during the current season a facility will be granted for a period of 28 days. After which the team must re-apply for a further facility to the SCB Co-Ordinator outlining the steps they have takento find a replacement. An extension may be granted. In these circumstances a rider cannot return to ride for any club within 28 days, effective from the date of notification to the SCB
  3. New team declarations don’t take affect till 3 days after they have been made
  4. As it stands Poole have named Newman as back on Friday at Armadale obviously that can change but the team received from Poole has Kyle in it
  5. Difference between when a club declares a change and when they ride, what’s to say Jacob wasn’t going in at Scunny anyway and then Dan was unfortunately injured Scunny then using these injuries rather than performance as the reason for the change in their press release. Same with Poole their new lineup with Lightcap could have been presented to the BSPL on Friday or Saturday prior to the Berwick match, from memory a change has to be decanted three days prior to the rider making their debut although I’d need to double check on that one So in essence if Glasgow had/have redecorated their side prior to Friday then it would be ok, albeit giving the quotes from Cami it would appear that isn’t the case
  6. Must be in place if Pickering and using 1.5 his current Prem average
  7. Yup an explanation that per the rulebook means a 7 day suspension
  8. Lawson not riding for Ippo tonight so unless the ref was told he had taken a knock or something after the Poole match last night he’ll be banned on Saturday now also
  9. If that wasn’t the worst meeting recently at Poole I’d hate to have seen the ones that were deemed worse. One pass of note all night (Cook on Sedgmen in heat 7), massive blue grooves meaning that if you moved an inch of the inside line you went backwards and an embarrassing amount of dust for an evening meeting in low 20s temperatures. A real shame as the track can produce excellent racing and Poole have a team that can win just as well on any surface so quite why track prep is as it is baffles me
  10. Unfortunate for Jordan but rules are crystal clear on this one.
  11. Sure I read the issue was with the floodlights which aren’t needed for the football at this time of year
  12. If you read the Poole social media post you’ll see the Pairs has been moved to September
  13. Tremendous level of sour grapes there, kudos To say there was no passing is nonsense Heat 4, Thomson gets third on the line almost second Heat 6 Grahn and Foord passed and repassed Heat 9 Paco on Allen Heat 10 Dan on Allen heat 14 Edwards on Cluff, Paco on Scott Heat 15 all 4 riders changed position at one point or another With a few other exciting enough races thrown in with Klindt buzzing about Thompson in 13 amongst them I’m not saying Armadale is gonna be confused with Belle Vue or Bydgoszcz anytime soon but to say there was no passing is laughably wrong.
