Doyle was never getting a contract offer from Belle Vue. Kurtz and Bewley were always going to be there and they’d have made their availability quite clear early on.

Yes definitely. I think he does odd things with Paul Weller too. 

Think he lives near Norwich so Ipswich suits him down to the ground - unless there was significantly more money he'd not want to join BV.

The perfect example of an overseas rider that adds something to UK Speedway, and will be greatly missed.. Unlike so many overseas journeymen down the years, and still the same today, who will hardly be noticed, never mind missed... Yet will have blocked medium to long term UK rider development... Edit. His Heat 15 at the NSS a few years ago, with Doyle, Kurtz and Bewley, when Ipswich knocked the Aces out of the PO's, was one of the best races I have ever seen in Team Speedway..  

I could be wrong but I thought Doyle announced he wouldn’t be racing in this country well before Kurtz and Bewley were announced. And he’s never really been a one club man has he . Like Danny King etc … and Bomber 😁
